The Itinerary:

Day 1:

Arrival in Zurich

Transfer to the hotel

Day 2:

We will leave for Bern

We will be able to observe the city from the viewpoint of the Rose Garden.

Time for lunch

Free time for walking

In the afternoon our first stop will be in Freiburg.

We will continue on to Lake Geneva and stop in Nyon.

We will cross Lake Geneva by boat to reach Yvoire, in France, where we will be able to see its castle, fortified gates and streets full of flowers.

We continue on to Geneva

Transfer to the hotel

Dinner

Day 3:

Breakfast

We will take a panoramic tour of Geneva

Continue to Chillon Castle

Onward to Gruyere

We will visit Cailler, a chocolate factory where we will have a delicious tasting.

We will travel along roads through dreamlike mountain scenery and idyllic wooden villages to Gstaad.

Transfer to the hotel

Day 4:

Breakfast

We will pass through Interlaken, bordering its enchanting lake to reach Grindelwald.

We will prepare for the trip to Grindelwald by cable car.

We will continue on a 30-minute hike through the glacier landscape to cross the footbridge over the void.

Time for lunch

We continue to Meringen and the Aareslucht Gorges.

Onward to Italian-speaking Switzerland

Day 5:

Breakfast

We will visit Lugano

Free time for walking

We will cross the Gotthard Pass on our way to Burlglen.

We will make a stop to see the small chapel of the XVI century

We will visit the William Tell Museum.

We will continue through Altdorf

We continue to Ucerna

Transfer to the hotel

Lodging

Day 6:

Breakfast

We will leave for Einseideln along the shores of the lake of the four cantons.

We will visit the immense abbey of Einsiedeln

We will continue on to Mainfeld, the village where the novel Heidi is set

We will take a tour of the historic center where we will visit Heidi's House.

We will continue to Vaduz, where we will visit its castle.

Time for lunch and sightseeing

We will continue to the border between Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein to visit Feldkirch.

Lodging

Day 7:

Breakfast

We will travel to St. Gallen where we can visit its cathedral and its medieval quarter.

We will continue along Lake Constance

We will continue to the island of Mainau where we will be able to visit the botanical garden

We will return to Switzerland for a walk in Stein Am Rhein.

Visit to the Rhine Falls

Day 8:

Breakfast

Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
