Itinerary
DAY 1: MEXICO CITY-QUERÉTARO-SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE
At the agreed time departure to Queretaro, we will visit the city touring its historic center, the house of the corregidora, the church of San Francisco of ocher color, the baroque Santa Sora de Viterbo and finish visiting the arches. Then we continue our tour with a panoramic visit starting with its historic center, followed by the Parish of San Miguel Archangel, the Convent of the Conception, the Church of San Francisco and the visit to Casa and Instituto Allende. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Lodging.
DAY 2: SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE-GUANAJUATO
Breakfast. Departure to Guanajuato, visit of this beautiful city, walking through its alleys, the Alhóndiga de Granaditas, the University, the Juárez Theater, the Kiss Alley, the house-museum of the muralist Diego Rivera, husband of Frida Kahlo. Visit to the Cerro del Cubilete. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Lodging.
DAY 3: GUANAJUATO-SAN LUIS POTOSÍ-ZACATECAS
Breakfast. Departure to San Luis Potosi. Panoramic visit of the monuments, Plaza del Carmen, San Juan de Dios Garden, Cathedral of the Municipal Palace, Plaza de las Armas, Caja Real, Plaza de los Fundadores and Loreto Temple.
We continue to Zacatecas. Panoramic visit of the city from the Cerro de la Bufa. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Lodging.
DAY 4: ZACATECAS-GUADALAJARA
Breakfast, educational visit to the Eden Mine, visit to the City of Guadalajara where we will visit places like the Hospicio Cabañas with the murals of the painter Orozco, the Degollado Theater, the Cathedral, the Rotonda de los Hombres Ilustres, the Plazas and the Government Palace. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Lodging.
DAY 5: GUADALAJARA-TLAQUEPAQUE-TEQUILA
Breakfast. Departure to Tlaquepaque. Panoramic tour of its historic center.
We continue to the city of Tequila. We will visit a distillery to learn about the production process of this beverage. Return to Guadalajara. Lodging.
DAY 6: GUADALAJARA-MORELIA
Breakfast. Departure to the city of Morelia. Panoramic visit of the Cathedral, the Government Palace, the Clavijero Palace, the Main Square, the typical candy market, the Aqueduct and the Guadalupan Temple in the San Diego Convent. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Lodging.
DAY 7: MORELIA- PÁTZCUARO- MORELIA
Breakfast. Departure to Patzcuaro, then we will visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Health, the "House of the Eleven Patios", the historic center with its squares Vasco de Quiroga and Gertrudis Bocanegra. We continue to the city of Morelia. Lodging.
DAY 8: RETURN
Breakfast. Free time for shopping and to finish visiting the city of Morelia. After lunch departure to the airport for the return flight.
